Create your greeting in the generator and download the MP3.

For GoTo’s recommended format, convert it in the audio converter with WAV PCM 8kHz 16-bit.
Open the audio library
Sign in to GoTo Admin and go to Phone system > Audio library.
Add the clip
Select + Add audio, then Browse files or drag and drop the file.
Use the clip
Choose the new clip where your call routing plays a greeting or hold music, then call the number to test.

Common errors and fixes
Convert the MP3 to the format GoTo recommends, .wav 16-bit mono at 8000 Hz, and upload it again.
Use MP3, WAV or ULAW. Convert M4A or FLAC files with the free audio converter.

Which files does GoTo Connect take?
GoTo Admin accepts MP3, WAV or ULAW files and recommends .wav, 16-bit mono, 8000 Hz. Files should not exceed 150 MB.
I still use the classic admin portal. Does that work too?
Yes. In the classic portal, select Sound Clips > Upload in the left menu and choose a .wav, .ulaw, .g722 or .mp3 file.
Can I use popular songs as hold music?
