File in the wrong format?

Our free audio converter turns any MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG or M4A into a file Webex Calling accepts.

Common errors and fixes

Upload rejected

Check the file: WAV, mono, 8 or 16 kHz, 8 or 16 bit, u-law, A-law or PCM, not larger than 2 MB.

File too large

Shorten the text or remove long music intros. At 8 kHz, a short greeting stays far below 2 MB.

Built by phone-audio professionals

This generator comes out of more than 20 years in a recording studio. We built in what makes a greeting work on the phone: clear pronunciation, sensible pauses and music that never covers the voice. Questions? Andreas Brenner and Tim Stein will help you personally.

Questions

Can I upload an MP3 to a Webex Calling auto attendant?
