General Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of phonegreetings.ai. By using the service, you accept these terms.

1. Operating company

The phonegreetings.ai service is operated by BrennerMedien GmbH, Bahnhofstraße 12, 86150 Augsburg, Germany ("we", "us", "the operator").

2. Service description

phonegreetings.ai is an online service for generating phone greetings, on-hold messages, IVR prompts and related phone audio using AI voices, royalty-free music and user-uploaded audio. Output is delivered as downloadable audio files in formats compatible with common phone systems.

3. Pricing & billing

Pricing is published on our pricing page. Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. One-time greetings are charged at the time of download. We accept payment via Stripe (credit cards) and PayPal. Invoice payment is available for Business and Enterprise customers after the first order.

4. License to generated audio

Once you have paid for a downloaded greeting, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use that audio for any commercial or non-commercial purpose on your phone systems and in your business communications. You may not resell the raw audio file as a product, except under the reseller / white-label program.

5. Music licensing

All music in our library is licensed for unlimited commercial use on phone systems (queue music, hold music, IVR backgrounds). You may not extract, redistribute or relicense the underlying music tracks separately from a generated greeting.

6. User-uploaded audio

If you upload your own music or audio, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to that audio and to use it in the resulting greeting. We are not liable for copyright infringement caused by user-uploaded content.

7. Refunds

One-time downloads are non-refundable once the file has been generated and downloaded. For subscription plans, you can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro-rata refunds are not provided.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use phonegreetings.ai to generate audio that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, fraudulent or designed to deceive callers (e.g. impersonation of a real person\'s voice without consent). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

9. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Augsburg, Germany, to the extent legally permissible. Consumer protection laws of the user\'s country of residence remain unaffected.

12. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email to active account holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
