Can I pay by invoice?
Yes — invoice payment is available on request after the first order. Self-service customers pay by credit card or PayPal.
Can I update a greeting after I download it?
Yes. Open the project in your account, change the script or voice, preview, and re-download. Each new finished version is a separate purchase.
Do I get usage rights for the music?
Yes — every track in our library is licensed for unlimited commercial use on phone systems (queue music, hold music, IVR backgrounds). You can also upload your own audio.
