What you pay for
The voice, the music, the mix for the phone line and the MP3 itself. One greeting can switch between several voices and languages at no extra cost, so an English welcome followed by the same message in Polish is still one greeting.

Worth knowing before you order
Pounds are a guide
We invoice in euros. The amount in pounds on the price card is worked out from a reference exchange rate; your bank or card provider converts at its own rate on the day you pay, so the figure on your statement can differ slightly.
Welcome code
Enter PHONE10 in the basket and your first greeting is 10% cheaper. Each customer can use it once, and not together with another code.
New version, new greeting
Changed your hours? Update the script and download again; every downloaded version is billed as a greeting of its own.

Planning a full set?
Most UK firms buy three to five greetings at once: a welcome, a menu, an on-hold message and an out-of-hours message.

Is VAT added?
Our prices are quoted excl. VAT. We sell to businesses, public bodies and the professions, not to private households.
Are the pound amounts binding?
No. Only the euro price is binding. The pound figure helps you budget; the final amount in sterling depends on the exchange rate your bank uses.
Can I order greetings for several branches?
Yes. Add each greeting to the basket and pay once. For a larger roll-out across many sites, email hello@phonegreetings.ai and tell us how many lines you need to cover.
What if the greeting is not right?
You hear the whole greeting before you pay. Until it sounds right, every change and every new preview is free.
