Questions
What does a greeting cost?
€19 excl. VAT per finished greeting, no subscription. Details on our pricing page.
Can I pay in pounds?
You pay by card or PayPal, and we invoice in euros. Your bank converts the amount into sterling at its own rate; the pound figure we show is a guide.
Who can order?
Businesses, public bodies and the professions. Prices are excl. VAT.
Can I listen before I pay?
Yes. Previews in the generator are free and need no account. You only sign in when you download a paid greeting.
Do the voices sound British?
Choose English (UK) in the generator and the voices speak with British pronunciation. Listen to our examples, all made that way.
Is the site in British English throughout?
The UK pages are. The generator and the checkout are in English shared with our international site.
What file do I get?
An MP3 mixed for the phone line. For systems that need a WAV in u-Law or A-law, our free audio converter makes it.
Will it work on Gamma Horizon or BT Cloud Voice?
Yes, once converted to the WAV format each system asks for. See our guides for Gamma Horizon and BT Cloud Voice.
Can I put the greeting on my EE, O2 or Vodafone mobile?
Yes, by recording it during a call to your voicemail. Network by network: change your voicemail greeting.
Do I need a licence for the hold music?
Our music comes with a usage right for your greeting. For TheMusicLicence, PPL PRS is the place to ask. More on on-hold music licensing.
Do you cover Scottish and Northern Irish bank holidays?
