What does a greeting cost?
€19 per greeting, excluding VAT. There is no subscription. You pay only when you download the finished file.
Can I listen before I pay?
Yes. Write your text, choose a voice and music, and preview it as often as you like. Previewing is free.
Is there a discount for the first greeting?
Yes. Enter the code PHONE10 in the cart for 10% off your first greeting. One use per customer; no stacking with other codes.
Who can order?
Businesses, public institutions and self-employed professionals. We invoice in euros.
Which file do I get?
An MP3 file. If your phone system needs WAV, µ-law or another format, convert it for free with our audio converter.
Will it work on my phone system?
Most cloud phone systems accept an MP3 or a WAV file. Our phone system guides show the steps and the formats each vendor names.
Can I use it on my cell phone voicemail?
Carrier mailboxes usually only let you record by phone. Play the greeting from a speaker while your phone records it. See iPhone and Android.
Is the music licensed?
Yes, for your phone system: our terms clear library music in a generated greeting for hold, queue and IVR use. For other music on hold, read what the rights organizations say on our licensing page.
Can a greeting mix languages?
Yes. Yes. Give each language its own block; one voice can speak English and, say, Spanish in the same file.
Can I change my text after downloading?
A changed text is a new greeting. Edit it in the generator, listen again, and download the new version.
Can I get a recording by a real voice actor?
