Common errors and fixes
Check that it is a mono WAV with PCM 16-bit at 8, 16 or 22 kHz. An MP3 or a stereo WAV will not work; convert it with the audio converter.
You are probably in IP Office Manager. Avaya supports prompt uploads only in Web Manager.
