Create and download
Create your voicemail greeting in the generator and download the MP3.
Open your number
In the mobile app, tap Settings, then Phone numbers, and select your number.
Open the greeting
Tap Voicemail greeting, then the Plus (+) in the bottom right corner.
Upload the file
Choose to upload a greeting and select the MP3. On desktop, pick Upload a file in the voicemail settings of the number.
Call and listen
Call the number from another phone and let it ring through to voicemail.

If a whole team answers one Quo number, use “we” in the greeting and say when the team calls back.

Common errors and fixes
Quo needs MP3 or WAV. Convert other formats, for example M4A voice memos, with the free audio converter.
Check that the new greeting is the active one for this number, then call again.

Yes. The Quo help center describes its voicemail system as “Quo, formerly OpenPhone”.
Which files can I upload to Quo?
Quo says the uploaded file must be an MP3 or WAV file. The MP3 from phonegreetings.ai can go in as it is.
Quo also has text to speech. Why use a file?
