Create and download
Create your voicemail greeting in the generator and download the MP3.
Open Settings
From the Dashboard, select the User icon in the far left of the Dashboard bar, then Settings.
Find the greeting
Under My Voicemail, click Voicemail Greeting.
Upload
Select the Upload MP3 file tab, then click Upload or drag and drop your MP3.
IVR message
For the IVR: Phone Numbers, select the number, open Call Routing, click Edit, and choose Custom Message in the IVR Instruction Message section.
Call and listen
Call the number and test both the menu and the voicemail.

In an IVR message, say the options before anything else. Opening hours and website hints belong after the menu or on hold.

JustCall caps voicemail greeting uploads at 3 minutes. Shorten the text and create it again.

How long can a JustCall voicemail greeting be?
JustCall accepts an MP3 file of up to 3 minutes for the voicemail greeting. For callers, 15 to 25 seconds is the better length.
Can I use my own audio in a JustCall IVR?
Yes. In the IVR Instruction Message section, JustCall offers Text to Speech, Custom Message and Record Audio. Custom Message takes an MP3 of up to 50 MB.
Is the JustCall text-to-speech not enough?
