Greetings for Vonage Business
Vonage Business support lets super users and administrators upload a pre-recorded greeting as a .wav or .mp3 file. For the encoding it lists uLaw, mono, 8000 Hz, 8-bit and a file size of 6 to 8 MB.
Upload in the Admin Portal
Steps from Vonage Business support.
Open Phone System
In the Admin Portal, click Phone System.
Choose the feature
Select the feature on the left, for example a call group, call queue or virtual receptionist, then click Add New or the pencil icon.
Upload
Click the upload icon, select your .wav or .mp3 file and click Save.
