Greetings for 8x8
In 8x8 Admin Console, auto attendant greetings take .au, .wav or .mp3 files up to 5 MB, according to 8x8 Help. The MP3 from our generator can go in as it is.
Change the auto attendant greeting
Steps from 8x8 Help.
Open Auto Attendants
Sign in to Admin Console and go to Auto Attendants.
Edit the attendant
Click the pencil icon next to the auto attendant you want to change. If you use a holiday schedule, pick it from the drop-down.
Pick the menu
Under Call Handling Menus choose Weekdays, Holidays or Alternate, then Open Hours, Closed Hours or Lunch Hours.
Replace the audio
Click Change next to the current audio file, or Select File if none is set, then + Create Audio Files to upload your file.

Questions
MP3 or WAV for 8x8?
Both are accepted, along with .au. If an upload fails, convert to WAV with our audio converter and keep the file under 5 MB.
