Using a greeting made with phonegreetings.ai
T-Mobile’s support pages describe recording the greeting, not uploading a file. With a file from our generator, hit record in the app or the mailbox and play the greeting from a speaker beside the phone. Record in a quiet room with the phone close to the speaker; the result is a little less crisp than an uploaded file.
Your T-Mobile mailbox stays in your hands: we cannot place a file there on your behalf. For direct file upload, see our phone system guides.
