What information must an after-hours greeting contain?

Three things: that you're currently closed, when you'll reopen (concrete time, not "soon"), and what the caller should do in the meantime.

Should I record different scripts for weekdays and weekends?

If your weekend reopen day differs from a weekday, yes. Many businesses produce one Monday-to-Thursday script and one Friday-evening-to-Sunday script.

Should I mention DST changes?

Not in the greeting itself — but do refresh the script around DST transitions if you mention specific clock times. "Reopen at 9 a.m. Eastern" is fine year-round.
