About phonegreetings.ai
phonegreetings.ai grew out of a studio that produces phone greetings. The generator carries what the team has learned in over 20 years of recording them.

People who listen for a living
Andreas Brenner has produced phone greetings since 2003, for more than 10,000 customers. He also spent 17 years as a radio presenter, with more than 10,000 hours live on air.
Radio teaches one thing above all: you get one chance to be understood. A phone greeting works the same way, only the speaker is a handset.

Why the mix matters
Think of a sound engineer at a pub gig. The band plays the same songs every night, but the mix decides whether the back of the room hears the words. A phone greeting is the same: identical text, very different results depending on the voice, the pauses and how loud the music sits.
What the studio puts into the generator
- Voices chosen for a phone line, not for a podcast
- Names, streets and numbers you can correct before you pay
- Short pauses between menu options so callers can follow
- Music lowered under the voice
- A level that suits handsets and speakerphones
- A file format your system accepts
- A free preview of every greeting
- People who answer your email
