Phone greeting generator
Paste your script, choose a voice and some music, then play the whole greeting back. You only pay €19 excl. GST if you download it.
Check the language in the first text block. If it shows another English variant, switch to the Australian one before you play the preview. Questions? Email hello@phonegreetings.ai.
Four steps
Your script
Start from one of our greeting scripts or write your own. Three or four sentences cover most voicemail greetings.
Voice and music
Choose a voice and, if you like, a music track. The music sits under the voice automatically.
Preview
Play the full greeting. Adjust a pause or the way a name is said, then play it again. It costs nothing.
Download
You get an MP3. If your phone system wants another format, the free audio converter makes the WAV file it needs.
Tips before you start
Suburbs and street names
The voice reads what you type. If it stumbles over a name such as Woolloomooloo or Toowoomba, spell it the way it is said and play it again.
Times
Write times as you want them spoken: “from half past eight until five”. A written “08:30–17:00” can come out stiff on the phone.
Phone numbers
Group digits the way Australians say them, for example “oh four one two” for a mobile prefix. Put the number near the end, when the caller has a pen ready.
Questions
Do I need an account to listen?
No. The preview is open to everyone. You sign in when you download the paid greeting.
What file will I receive?
An MP3 mixed for the phone. Some systems insist on 8 kHz WAV, A-law or µ-law; our free audio converter handles all three.
Can I change the greeting after I buy it?
Each downloaded version counts as one greeting. When your hours change, open your script, edit it and download the new version.
